Role OverviewWe're looking for a Line Cook to join our team at Artisan Cafe. As a Line Cook, you will support the Lead Line Cook while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment to deliver excellent dishes to every guest, every time.
What You Will Do
Perform routine food preparation, prepare and set up stations, cook and assemble breakfast items, and maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized kitchen.

Requirements
- Proven cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Line Cook experience required
- Hands-on experience with skillet, fryer, and grill cooking
- Breakfast cooking experience strongly preferred
- Ability to move between stations throughout the shift
- Strong sense of urgency paired with clear, respectful communication
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance
- Coachable and open to feedback, with the ability to apply direction quickly
- Well-organized with strong situational awareness in the kitchen
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on shared success
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet service and operational goals
- Customer service or hospitality background preferred
- English proficiency required
