Role OverviewThe Line Cook is responsible for creating food through accurate prep, adhering to standardized recipes, and meeting quality and timeliness objectives. They will work in a clean and sanitary manner, participate in end-of-shift cleaning, and follow instructions consistently.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include preparing food, working in a clean and sanitary manner, participating in end-of-shift cleaning, and following instructions consistently. You will also participate in all BOH training opportunities, in-services, and line-up sessions.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, and a culinary degree or formal culinary training is preferred. You must be ServSafe certified or able to gain certification, and maintain all certifications necessary for employment.
