Role OverviewWe are seeking a Line Cook to join our team at Atlanta Motorsports Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to Fuel Kitchen recipes and standards. They will work collaboratively with fellow cooks and kitchen staff to maintain speed and accuracy during peak service times.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of this role include preparing and cooking menu items, maintaining portion control and quality, and assisting with prep including chopping, marinating, and portioning.
