Role OverviewThis full-time line cook position is responsible for preparing and serving food in a seasonal hours environment. The role requires excellent physical condition and stamina, with the ability to stand throughout the shift. The cook must be able to reach, bend, kneel, climb, push, pull, or lift items weighing up to 30 pounds.
What You Will Do
The line cook will prepare or direct the preparation of food served using established production procedures and systems. They will determine the amount and type of food and supplies required, ensure the availability of supplies and food, and set the steam table. The cook will also serve or ensure proper serving of food for the tray line or dining room.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in using cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware, as well as knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods. Good communication skills are also essential. A high school diploma or equivalent, or a diploma from a culinary school, is required.
