Role OverviewFireKeepers Casino Hotel is seeking a Line Cook to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing food in accordance with established recipes and maintaining a clean and sanitary area.
What You Will Do
The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, finishing, and garnishing all food in kitchen preparation, following all recipes and control procedures.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This is a full-time position with opportunities for annual increases, starting at $17.88 per hour, with a shift premium of $1 per hour while working between the hours of 11:00 pm - 7:00 am.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- One year working in a Production Cook capacity in a full service hotel, restaurant or casino
- Must be at least 18 years of age
