Line Leader 2nd Shift

The Line Leader 2nd Shift is responsible for training associates, ensuring compliance with standardized work, and monitoring productivity rates. They must also identify and address abnormalities, communicate with other shifts, and support line associates. The Line Leader must follow 5S principles, maintain cleanliness, and facilitate continuous improvement activities.

What You Will Do

The Line Leader will train associates, inspect production, ensure defects are documented, and perform rework. They will also communicate with other shifts, interact with peers and supervisors, and plan 5S workshops.

Why It Might Be a Fit

To be successful in this role, you must have high school diploma/GED, 1-3 years of manufacturing experience, and a working knowledge of production basics. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing Practices and 5S is also required.
