Role OverviewThe Line Operator is responsible for operating the vacuum machine and performing general production line tasks such as staging materials, assembling and disassembling equipment, and conducting basic troubleshooting when necessary.
What You Will Do
Operate the vacuum machine and related equipment within the filler room safely and efficiently, assemble, disassemble, and clean machinery and tools as needed, perform basic troubleshooting of equipment, stage materials and components, support production flow, monitor product quality, and follow all standard operating procedures.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 or more years of experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or production environment required
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and general production workflows
- Ability to operate and maintain basic machinery, including vacuum systems and packaging equipment, in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Proficient in identifying and troubleshooting minor equipment issues to prevent production delays
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality, accurate labeling, and compliance with specifications
- Capable of understanding and following written and verbal instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
