Role OverviewJoin our aviation operations team at Willow Run Airport to help keep aircraft moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule. In this hands-on role, you will fuel, load, launch, receive, clean, and prepare aircraft; tow, marshal, and park aircraft on the company ramp and in the hangar; and support routine cleaning and upkeep of line equipment, vehicles, and work areas.
What You Will Do
Safely fuel, load, launch, receive, clean, and prepare aircraft in accordance with company procedures and applicable safety requirements. Tow, marshal, and park aircraft on the company ramp and in the hangar while maintaining awareness of aircraft, vehicles, ground equipment, and team members.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, climb, and work on or around aircraft, vehicles, ramps, hangars, and related equipment.
- Ability to lift, carry, move, and position equipment, tools, baggage, cargo, and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, with assistance or equipment when appropriate.
- Ability to work outdoors and in hangar or ramp environments, including exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, fumes, fuel, moving equipment, and other airport operational conditions.
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment, as assigned and in accordance with training and company procedures.
