Role OverviewThe Line Service Technician plays a vital role in our daily operations and provides an elite level of customer service to crew and passengers on the ground by fueling and positioning aircraft, assisting with luggage, and effectively communicating on the radio with aviation customer service representatives.
What You Will Do
Coordinate and direct arriving and departing aircraft, fuel movement, facility maintenance, greet passengers, pilots, and crew, and perform various tasks such as equipment preventive maintenance and security checks.

Requirements
- Customer service experience in the service industry preferred
- Prior aircraft ground handling experience a plus
- High School Diploma
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Zero tolerance drug free employer includes pre-employment and random screening
- No felonies over the previous 10 years
