Job Description
Alliance Aviation Services is seeking a Line Service Training Coordinator to provide structured onboarding and training for new Line Operations Specialists, while managing training documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role will work closely with Line Service Leadership and the Safety Coordinator to develop team members through hands-on instruction, reinforce a culture of safety and accountability, and maintain alignment with industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous FBO, aviation customer service, or operations experience required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment
  • High level of professionalism and commitment to safe, efficient operations
