What You Will Do
Implement Line Side Control Center Work expectations and standards, provide resources and lead teams to ensure issue resolution and prevention, and work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Boeing Delivery Center in North Charleston, SC, and will be expected to lead through influence those team members that do not report directly to them.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within the aerospace fabrication or manufacturing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in advising and influencing others to meet quality and safety requirements or resolve technical or operational problems.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading and working with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Systematic Problem Solving and Standardized Work
- Willing to work any shift based on needs of the operation
