Role OverviewOur Line Supervisors are the pulse of Praxis's workforce. This role is key to the success of our people, processes, and product quality. The Line Supervisor role is the talent hub for internal growth and development with promotions into training, maintenance, quality, sales support, and operations leadership.
What You Will Do
Check product and components for accuracy, assign work areas, complete line paperwork, calculate hour efficiency, and maintain productivity rates while complying with safety, quality, and GMP practices.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associates degree preferred
- Prior working experience as a supervisor, leader or trainer strongly preferred
- 2-4 yrs of previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred
- Good organizational skills and mathematical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible, spontaneous, and fast-moving in an always-changing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reading, writing and speaking English is required for this position
- Ability to work and adapt in a diverse environment where multiple languages are spoken
