Role OverviewAs the technical expert for packaging equipment, the Line Technical Lead will provide leadership during maintenance and overhauls, develop and review maintenance standards, and drive reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the production line(s). The role requires in-depth knowledge of at least two key machines and the ability to train operators and technicians on maintenance activities and troubleshooting. The Line Technical Lead will also oversee external contractors, manage maintenance budgets, and monitor maintenance KPIs.
