Role OverviewDirect and supervise the installation or repair of cables or wires used in electrical power or distribution systems. May erect poles and light or heavy duty transmission towers.
What You Will Do
Perform all principal duties and accountabilities of craft workers under supervision, lead and support safety processes, and motivate the work team to achieve zero injuries.

Requirements
- Must have working experience as a Journeyman Lineman or the equivalent combination of education and experience in an industrial construction setting working with High Voltage cables.
- Strong working knowledge of the installation or repair of cables or wires used in electrical power or distribution systems.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Must have all necessary tools (see Lineman Tool List).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
