Job Description
The Liquidity Strategy Analyst Senior develops, implements, and monitors liquidity management strategies at the enterprise and line of business levels. The role requires a subject matter expert knowledge of financial services, regulatory requirements, risk management, and financial planning. The analyst will communicate liquidity analysis and reporting to governance committees, senior management, regulatory bodies, and the USAA Board of Directors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • 6 years of related experience in Finance, Risk Management, Treasury, Capital and Liquidity Management and/or Accounting.
  • Subject matter expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel.
  • Proven ability to effectively influence and build cross-functional relationships with employees of various levels throughout the organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and present executive-level presentations.
  • Ability to effectively work with both internal and external partners.
