Job Description
Our client seeks a litigation associate to join the Finance & Restructuring practice group, providing integrated and strategic legal counsel on financial matters, including complex transactions and litigation.

Requirements

  • Represent clients in bankruptcy courts, federal courts, and state courts regarding complex commercial, financial, and reorganization disputes.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research on insolvency law, Chapter 11 proceedings, and creditor rights.
  • Advise financial institutions, creditors, and distressed companies through restructuring processes.
  • Manage the litigation process, including document production, expert witness preparation, and depositions.
