Job Description
A highly regarded Am Law 200 firm seeks a midlevel associate to join its nationally recognized Managed Care & Employee Benefit Litigation Practice in Philadelphia, New York City, Hartford, Stamford, Washington, DC, Miami, or Boston.

Requirements

  • At least four years of complex litigation experience
  • Experience with ERISA benefits litigation, medical provider disputes, insurance coverage disputes, and/or other sophisticated litigation matters
  • Excellent research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Law firm litigation experience
  • The ability to independently manage multiple matters and work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
  • Admission in the state of their primary office location
