Job Description
We are seeking a midlevel associate to join our Managed Care and Employee Benefit Litigation Practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of complex litigation experience, preferably litigating ERISA benefits, medical provider disputes, and/or insurance coverage disputes.
