Job Description
We are seeking an associate with at least two years of commercial litigation experience to join our New York City office. The ideal candidate will have New York litigation experience and familiarity with the state and federal courts in New York and will have demonstrated experience in all aspects of complex commercial litigation.

Requirements

  • At least two years of commercial litigation experience
  • New York litigation experience and familiarity with the state and federal courts in New York
  • Admission to practice law in New York
  • Graduation from law school and practice experience
  • Excellent legal research, technical, project management, and client service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, business-oriented approach
