The Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for preparing responsive pleadings, engaging in motion practice, responding to discovery or administrative charges, counseling clients, case management, propounding and responding to discovery, depositions, and preparing cases for trial.

Requirements
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- Experience in preparing responsive pleadings
