What You Will Do
Work on a broad range of matters, including meeting with clients, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and representing clients in negotiations and other proceedings.

Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to, or eligibility for admission to, the South Dakota Bar
- Strong academic credentials (candidates graduating in the top 33% of their law school class are preferred)
- Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines effectively
- Demonstrated interest in litigation and dispute resolution
- A professional, collaborative approach and a commitment to providing exceptional client service
