Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar
  • At least five years of civil litigation experience in both Massachusetts state and federal courts
  • Strong advocacy skills
  • Proficiency in drafting and arguing dispositive motions
  • Ability to perform legal research
  • Attention to detail and effective communication
