Job Description
We are seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate with at least four years of civil litigation experience to join our Parsippany, NJ office. Our ideal candidate has experience working on civil litigation matters, preferably in insurance defense or a closely related practice area, at a law firm.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Admission to the New Jersey Bar
  • At least four years of civil litigation experience in both New Jersey state and federal courts
  • Self-starter with strong advocacy skills
  • Proficiency in drafting and arguing dispositive motions
  • Ability to perform legal research and respond to discovery requests
  • Attention to detail and effective communication
