Job Description
Seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate with at least three years of civil litigation experience to join their Medical Malpractice Defense team in Boston, MA.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar
  • At least three years of civil litigation experience in both Massachusetts state and federal courts
  • Experience working on medical malpractice defense and/or long-term care facilities litigation is strongly preferred
  • Strong advocacy skills
  • Proficiency in drafting and arguing dispositive motions
  • Ability to perform legal research
  • Attention to detail and effective communication
