Job Description
Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm seeking a skilled Litigation Associate to join its nationally recognized practice. The associate will handle complex, high-impact matters across multiple industries and disciplines.

Requirements

  • Manage all phases of litigation, from legal research and discovery to depositions, motion practice, and trial prep
  • Draft complaints, motions, briefs, and other pleadings with minimal supervision
  • Participate in witness interviews and conduct/develop deposition strategies
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored litigation strategies to clients across sectors
  • Handle complex litigation with an emphasis on business and commercial disputes, regulatory investigations, or white-collar defense
