Job Description
We seek a Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our Litigation Practice. The ideal candidate should have experience drafting pleadings, conducting witness interviews, and preparing for arbitrations and trials. They should be comfortable taking a leadership role and handling multiple significant matters at once. The Litigation Practice represents clients in complex litigation, regulatory investigations, and proceedings.

Requirements

  • Superior academic credentials: top 20% of law school class
  • NY bar membership, local candidates preferred
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
  • Highly developed organization, research, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate with coworkers
