The Litigation Practice represents clients in complex litigation, including business disputes, technology, e-commerce, and intellectual property.
What You Will Do
Draft and edit pleadings, briefs, and other written work product, conduct witness interviews, prepare for and conduct depositions, and participate in arbitrations and trials.

Requirements
- Superior academic credentials: top 20% of law school class
- NY bar membership, local candidates preferred
