What You Will Do
Work on discrimination / harassment matters, wage and hour compliance and litigation, and appear before the California Department of Industrial Relations / Labor Commissioner, the NLRB, Federal OSHA, and Cal/OSHA.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant Litigation experience
- Licensed in CA
