Role OverviewJoin an entrepreneurial firm as a Litigation Associate, taking on more responsibility on cases/matters and developing clients. The Litigation Practice represents local, national, and international clients in complex litigation, including business disputes, technology, e-commerce, media, and intellectual property.
What You Will Do
Draft and edit pleadings, briefs, interview memos, and other written work product, conduct witness interviews, prepare for and conduct depositions, and participate in arbitrations and trials.

Requirements
- Superior academic credentials: top 20% of law school class
