Job Description
Traub Lieberman is a nationally recognized law firm seeking a Litigation Associate (1-5 years) to join the General Liability practice group in our Watertown, Connecticut office. The role involves all phases of civil lawsuits with Partner oversight, including client contact, investigation, pleadings, discovery, motions, and mediations.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Connecticut and New York, or soon to be admitted
  • 1-5 years of litigation experience preferred but not required
  • Defense experience in one or more of the following areas: General liability, Premises liability, Motor vehicle/trucking liability, Construction litigation
  • Familiarity with Connecticut and New York rules, civil procedure, and court practice
  • Superior writing, research, and communication skills
