HireNow Staffing is partnering with a top regional law firm to recruit a seasoned and skilled mid-level Litigation Associate to join its national litigation practice in Denver. This firm is selective by design and intentional about long-term hiring. They are seeking an associate they can invest in—someone who wants to grow within a collaborative, tight-knit litigation team while handling sophisticated matters with real ownership and accountability.

Requirements

  • Manage litigation matters independently from case inception through resolution
  • Draft and argue pleadings, motions, and substantive legal memoranda
  • Handle all phases of discovery, including written discovery and document management
  • Take and defend depositions with confidence and preparation
  • Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials
  • Assist with overall case strategy and client communication
  • Collaborate closely with partners and litigation teams across jurisdictions
  • Maintain strong organization, deadline management, and attention to detail
