Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to Virginia state bar
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in litigation, preferably in family law

- Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Knowledge of state court procedures
