Role OverviewWe are seeking a Litigation Attorney with civil litigation experience to handle business and real estate matters from inception through trial. This role offers the opportunity to manage cases, develop legal strategies, work directly with clients, and collaborate with an experienced litigation team.
What You Will Do
Manage litigation matters through all phases, including pre-litigation, discovery, trial preparation, and trial. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses. Take and defend depositions. Appear in court and argue motions.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license required
- 2–5 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience managing cases through multiple phases of litigation
- Trial experience strongly preferred
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to independently manage deadlines and caseload responsibilities
- Client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
