Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in California with a strong understanding of state and federal litigation procedures
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on personal injury or employment law cases
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and courtroom skills, with strong legal writing ability
Proven trial experience with the ability to assertively represent clients in high-stakes situations
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently, while managing multiple cases effectively
