Job Description
Join Bush & Bush Law Group as a Litigation Attorney to provide exceptional legal representation in personal injury and employment law cases, and participate in all phases of litigation.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in California with a strong understanding of state and federal litigation procedures
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in personal injury or employment law cases
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and courtroom skills
Strong legal writing ability
Proven trial experience in high-stakes situations
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently, managing multiple cases effectively
