Role OverviewJoin Great American Insurance Group's Property & Casualty Legal Department in downtown Cincinnati. Provide legal advice and counsel on litigation matters to member companies. Complement our existing team with excellent communication and analytical skills.
What You Will Do
Counsel business clients on litigation and pre-litigation matters, develop relationships throughout the company, manage outside counsel, participate in mediations, and prepare settlement agreements.

Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- At least three years of litigation experience in a law firm setting
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Common sense, good judgment, and solution-oriented attitude toward legal issues
