Role OverviewThe Atlanta, GA office of Lewis Brisbois is seeking an attorney to join its Commercial Litigation and General Liability Practices. The ideal candidate will have 2-15 years of litigation experience, with a strong background in toxic tort, premises liability, and/or commercial litigation matters.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will manage all phases of litigation, including drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery, conducting and defending depositions, legal research and analysis, motion practice, court appearances, and trial preparation.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ability to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively with clients and colleagues is essential. Admission to the Georgia Bar is required.
Requirements
