Role OverviewSupports the delivery of high-quality legal services by providing advanced administrative and legal support to attorneys within the Firm's Litigation Practice.
What You Will Do
Prepare, proofread, revise, and format briefs, pleadings, motions, correspondence, memoranda, exhibits, and related legal documents.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting litigation attorneys in a law firm environment required.
- Experience with Texas state court, federal court, and appellate court filing procedures required.
- Experience using Best Authority required.
- Experience supporting both appellate and complex commercial litigation practices.
- Experience preparing briefs, appendices, tables of authorities, and tables of contents required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and PDF document management.
- Experience with document management systems; iManage experience preferred.
- Experience with e-filing platforms, time entry systems, and conflicts management processes.
- Strong understanding of court rules and filing requirements.
- Strong understanding appellate procedures preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proofreading, grammar, spelling, and formatting skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and work effectively under deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
