Role OverviewWe are looking for a Litigation Attorney with 2–3+ years of civil litigation experience to take ownership of plaintiff-side personal injury cases from depositions through trial.

Take and defend depositions, draft and argue law and motion work, develop case strategy, and review and analyze medical records.

Requirements
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 2–3+ years of civil litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred; strong defense-side considered)
- Hands-on deposition experience — both taking and defending
- Demonstrated law and motion experience in California state court
- Comfort working with medical records, anatomy, and common injury treatment pathways
