Role OverviewThis is a full-time, hybrid position (3 days a week onsite) supporting the healthcare litigation practice through all phases of the litigation lifecycle. The successful candidate will work closely with litigation attorneys to prepare pleadings, discovery documents, and trial exhibits.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include preparing pleadings and discovery documents, conducting fact investigation and development, and supporting trial efforts. The successful candidate will also attend trial proceedings and provide on-site support to attorneys and legal teams.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-7 years of Litigation Paralegal experience, an ABA-approved paralegal certification, and experience supporting healthcare insurance-related litigation. They will also have extensive knowledge of litigation and trial procedures, as well as familiarity with federal, state, and appellate court rules and procedures nationwide.
