What You Will Do
Prepare legal documents, communicate with clients and courts, conduct research, and coordinate depositions. Assist attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests, and gather relevant information from various sources.

Requirements
- Worker's Compensation experience required
- Associate’s Degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program (preferred)
- At least 2 years of working experience as a litigation paralegal or in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
- Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as attention to detail
