Role OverviewAssist with evaluating cost/benefit analysis of taking legal actions against defaulted customers, prepare civil litigation cases, and manage litigation queues. Work in a team environment with outside lawyers/law firms and third-party collection agencies. Develop working relationships and negotiate settlement terms to achieve company recovery goals.
What You Will Do
Prepare civil litigation cases, manage litigation queues, develop working relationships with outside lawyers/law firms, and negotiate settlement terms. Engage in outbound/inbound recovery calls, analyze corporate and/or personal financial data, and initiate research and skip-tracing efforts.

Requirements
- Three plus years of relevant paralegal/commercial litigation experience
- Equipment financing/financial services/banking sector experience
- Positive and customer-centric attitude
