Role OverviewJoin a growing team of trial attorneys in a regional insurance defense law firm. The firm has been successfully litigating cases for its clients for close to four decades. The role is hybrid/remote based on experience.
What You Will Do
Assist attorneys in preparing civil litigation matters for trial, work with clients to receive discovery documents, review and analyze medical records, and draft motions and discovery responses.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The firm is looking for a candidate with 2+ years of experience in the legal field, preferably in insurance defense general liability work. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the legal field
- Experience with insurance defense general liability work preferred
- Paralegal certificate or other related degree is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
