Role OverviewThe Litigation Paralegal will manage all administrative tasks of legal cases, including editing and preparing correspondence and legal documents, maintaining electronic files, and arranging depositions. This role requires a high level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail. The Litigation Paralegal will work closely with attorneys and other staff members in a team environment.
What You Will Do
The Litigation Paralegal will prepare and format memoranda, correspondence, and other legal credentials, draft standard routine pleadings, and maintain superior public relations with business associates and clients. They will also schedule appointments, meetings, and other functions, and assist in scheduling seminars and industry events.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3–5-year Litigation Paralegal experience or general knowledge of Florida’s mortgage litigation cases
- Certified Paralegal a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate through state and federal jurisdictional requirements
- High-level proficiency in MS Office suite
- Proficiency in internet research activities
- Familiarity with case and document management software
- Good understanding of policies and procedures of law
- Ability to transcribe correspondence and reports, legal documents
