Role OverviewThe Litigation Paralegal provides paraprofessional legal support to attorneys and clients in all stages of the litigation process. The role involves managing case files, communicating with clients, and assisting with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation. The Litigation Paralegal works under the direction of Management to ensure timely management and progression of the file while striving to exceed client expectations.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include managing case files, drafting and filing pleadings, preparing demand packages, and coordinating depositions and trial preparation. The Litigation Paralegal will also investigate claims, document findings, and communicate with insurance carriers.

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience
- Experience handling motor vehicle accident and personal injury cases in the state of Kentucky
- Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures, including e-filing
- Familiarity with insurance coverage, claims processes, and litigation timelines
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with case management systems (Filevine preferred)
