The position responsibilities include case management, document preparation, discovery support, e-discovery, legal research, trial preparation, communication, and administrative duties.

Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree and paralegal certificate from ABA-accredited paralegal training program or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in a law firm environment
- Technical proficiency in Relativity (RelOne), legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis), and case management software
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal software platforms, along with Adobe Acrobat
