Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to support attorneys throughout all stages of litigation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and able to manage a high-volume workload with limited supervision.
What You Will Do
Assist with case management, fact investigation, document review and production, database management, docketing, court filings, trial preparation, legal research, and overall client service.

Requirements
- Three to five years of related experience and/or training in an organization providing paralegal services in support of litigation work.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, DocuSign, Westlaw, web-based research tools, state and federal e-filing procedures, and legal terminology and procedures.
- Ability to work with limited supervision, exercise sound judgment, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and produce accurate, high-quality work efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate professionally with clients, attorneys, courts, and other participants.
- High attention to detail, accountability, professional integrity, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret applicable statutes, judicial decisions, legal guidelines, and regulations.
- Commitment to continuous learning and maintaining current industry knowledge and skills.
