Litigation Paralegal

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in civil litigation (State and Federal preferred)
• Familiarity with Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and e-filing systems
• Excellent legal writing, grammar, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal case management tools (e.g., Clio, PracticePanther)
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple priorities
• Bachelors degree and/or paralegal certification preferred
