Role OverviewThe New York City Law Department's Litigation Support Division is seeking an attorney to assist in obtaining discovery from other City agencies. The attorney will interact with other Assistant Corporation Counsels and professional staff, assist in supervising Litigation Support staff, and learn IT systems and operational functions of other City agencies.
What You Will Do
The attorney will assist with all aspects of discovery, supervise Litigation Support staff, and learn IT systems and operational functions of other City agencies. They may be assigned to work on-site at the assigned agency or travel to other agency locations.

Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
- admitted and in good standing with the New York State Bar
- at least three years of litigation and discovery experience
- strong organizational, oral communication, and writing skills
- prior supervisory experience is preferred
