The successful candidate will serve as a vital bridge between our legal teams, clients, and case management systems, ensuring seamless operations across multiple toxic tort matters.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will set up and maintain new matters in firm and client tracking software, manage receipt, organization, and distribution of pleadings and case materials, and assist attorneys with discovery research and document organization.

Requirements
- Proficiency with matter management software (ProLaw or comparable platforms)

- Expertise with legal document management systems
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in legal operations, case management, or litigation support roles
